Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return to Origin (RTO) / Failed Delivery
In cases where an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (such as customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or failure to provide OTP), the following will apply:
- Our delivery partners make multiple attempts to deliver the order.
- If the order is not accepted and is returned (RTO), we incur forward and return shipping charges.
- In such cases, a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable RTO/shipping charges.
- If the customer wishes, we can also re-dispatch the order, subject to additional shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Requests made after the return window
